Groundwater Stewardship Cost-Share for Van Buren and Allegan
 
The Van Buren/Allegan Conservation Districts have applied for a Groundwater Stewardship Grant which provides funds for a groundwater technician, education, and stewardship practice cost-share. The cost-share money should be available for both counties beginning October 1, 1999. The application process will begin at that time.   Cost share for well closures is offered now through the end of the grant.

The grant will provided cost share for various best management practices designed to protect ground water, listed below:
