4-H Is. . .
an educational program that offers "hands-on" experiences for youth, regardless of race, sex, cultural or social background. 4-H programs combine fun with the learning of practical skills. Through 4-H experiences, participants acquire knowledge, confidence and leadership skills. Adult and teen volunteers are teachers and role models for the youth.
