Meeting Minutes
July 6, 2005



James J. called the meeting to order at 7:03 PM.  Rusty T., Hillary F., Ken T., Janet T., Melva D., and James J. were all present.

James made motion to approve meeting minutes, Rusty seconded. Motion carried.

Ken T. read treasurer's report.  Nancy Wheatly made motion to approve report, seconded by Rusty Tripp. Motion carried.
Two bills needed paid. Casey Tripp made motion to pay Rusty Tripp $39.85, and to pay the Septic Service $160.00, seconded by Lindsay Fisher. Motion carried.

Committee Report-
Food Both needs workers.
Friday night Jennifer C.'s 4-H club is coming after 4:30 PM to do community service.
Saturday's show - Vicky Sue volunteered to be ring master.

New Business-
HORSE CHANGES
1. Rachel Simmons - changed from: Amgio to: Noah's Warlock
2. Megan Mays Saily - sharing from: Sachet Shoemaker to: Maxwell's Lucky Daisy.   Horse was not safe. (needs letter from her leader)
3. Brittany Hunt - sharing from: Ana to: Maxwell's Lucky Daisy.  Horse was not safe. (needs letter from her leader)
4. Colleen Brittany from:  to:
5. Nickie Coffey from: Rico to: Star
6. Haly Fisher - share from: Sundown to: Levi.  Due to injury.
7. Retta Bileth from: J.R. to: Quiz Me Quick.  Due to not having a horse.
8. Caroline Surry vet slip from there vet due to being kicked. 

Lois- Trail Patterns
2 classes
July 10 Qualifying State Show
Janet T. made motion to accept the July 10 pattern, seconded by Rusty T. Motion carried.
Fair Pattern
Melva D. made motion to accept the Fair pattern, seconded by Janet T. Motion carried.

Shannon Hoyt got two belt buckles donated from Rick's Tack for the two versatility classes.  Jim M. came to speak for his daughter, Alisa, to see if she could go to fair without her premium paper work. Melva T. told Jim he needed to go to the Fair Board.

At the entrance gait at fair, you need to have your original coggins. Sunday horses are allowed to enter from 8 AM to 2 PM.

Old Business-
T-shirt order:
You can turn in orders still, until Saturday so you will have your shirts hopefully by Monday.

There will be a round pen at fair.
