The signatures of a parent and a leader knowledgeable in jumping are required on this form for any exhibitor to participate in the jumping classes offered at the Van Buren Youth Fair.
The requirements for signatures on this form are either:
a. The leader has seen this horse and exhibitor combination jump safely.
b. This exhibitor and horse have participated in schooling for jumping events.
c. This exhibitor and horse have participated in the spring jumping clinic.
By signing
this form the parent and leader are both agreeing that they give permission for this
exhibitor to enter the jumping classes as listed on the original Class Entry sheet.
This
exhibitor will only be allowed to enter jumping classes that he/she has previously signed
up for. Exhibitors may not enter in any
jumping classes should a change of horse be necessary after the June 15th deadline.
