All exhibits must be pre-registered for the fair on the Van Buren Youth Fair Entry form and the Small Animal Entry form and turned into the Extension office. The MSU Extension office is open 8:00a.m. - 4:30p.m. Open until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays |
| July 5 | Live Evaluation for Carcass 6:00 p.m. - Van Buren County Fairgrounds All animals must be weighed in between 3:00-5:00 p.m. |
| July 9 | Carcass Judging 3:00 p.m. - Pease Packing |
| July 9 | County Poultry Testing - Mandatory .25 cents per bird 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Van Buren County Fairgrounds |
| December 31 | Deadline for tagging steers |

All still projects will be judged on,
Saturday, July 16th from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. There will be no judging on
Monday unless special arrangements are made in advance.
