Who Are We

The MSUE Landscape Ornamentals team is comprised of Extension Horticulture Agents located in various counties across the State and campus based specialists from various departments across campus. We work together as a team to provide:

* Leadership in research and education to foster the growth, economic viability and environmental stewardship of the GREEN Industries.

* Leadership and knowledge to Michigan citizens to understand and implement environmentally sound plant care practices to improve the quality of life in their homes and communities.

The GREEN industry in Michigan is comprised of three distinct commercial segments and they are valued at two billion dollars a year.

* Landscape Horticulture & Service Industries
* Commercial Floriculture
* Turf and Golf Course Industry

Along with these is the consumer clientele, including Master Gardeners and the general public.
