Artemisia dracunculus--Tarragon

Hardiness Zones: 3 to 8
Height: 3 ft Spacing: 3 ft
Type: herbaceous perennial

Comments: Tarragon is grown more for its culinary uses
than for its ornamental value. The plants have narrow
leaves and send up many shoots giving a rounded appearance
to the plant. Provide a sunny growing area with a well-
drained soil. As the plants age they may lose vigor and
will need to be replaced by younger plants.

Cultivars:

an herb.
