Viburnum lantana--Wayfaring Tree

Fruits: yellow then red then black
Comments: Wayfaring tree tolerates dry soil and high pH.
The small, white flowers (Vis. 3) are borne in flat-topped
clusters in mid- to late spring. This is one of the first
viburnums to bloom. The fruits (Vis. 4) are green flushed
with red, then turn black.
Cultivars:
'Mohican' - A compact, rounded plant (Vis. 1) 6 feet tall
and wide.
'Rugosum' - Leaves are larger and darker green.
'Variegata' - The leaves (Vis. 2) are green and yellow.
