Comments: Fragrant snowball (Vis. 1) is grown for its very
fragrant flowers. The small, white flowers (Vis. 2) develop
from flower buds tinged with red. The flowers are borne in
late May in 5-inch heads. The red and black fruits are
produced in early summer. The fall foliage color is reddish
purple.
