Comments: The species of Glaucium grown as garden flowers
provide not only poppy-like flowers (Vis. 2) but silvery
foliage and decorative seed pods (Vis. 1) as well. Provide
a growing area that is exposed to full sun and has a
well-drained soil. The plant may be used in dry, sandy soil.

Propagation: Sow seed directly into the garden.
