Comments: Cranberry Cotoneaster is a dense, mound-shaped
plant (Vis. 1). The plant gets its name from the red fruits
produced in abundance and persisting into the winter. The
flowers are pink but not as showy as the fruits (Vis. 2).
The small, dark green leaves turn red in the fall.
Cultivars:
'Blackburn' - Shorter and wider than the species.
