ALCEA INSECT PROBLEMS

Potato leafhopper causes upward curling of leaf tips and
large areas of the leaves to brown and dry out. A yellow
band borders the brown areas. The light green, wedge
shaped insect feeds on the undersides of leaves.

Mites cause the leaves to be spotted and dried out.

Leaves are sometimes skeletonized by insects.
