ACALYPHA DISEASE PROBLEMS

Oedema causes rust colored swellings on the leaves. The
problem is worse on over-watered plants or in excessively
humid environments. Try increasing the light exposure and
a slight reduction in watering.

Leaf spots may be seen on copper leaf but these are
generally not serious. A disease called red leaf gall
causes the formation of reddish galls on the leaves.
Control can be achieved by picking off and destroying the
infected leaves.
