Powdery Mildew (Microsphaera diffusa)

The disease occurs when cooler than normal temperatures
prevail during the reproductive stage of the soybean
plant. White powdery-like fungal patches appear on all
plant parts, but primarily the leaves (Vis. 1).
Depending upon variety, defoliation may occur.
