Hyacinthoides non-scriptus--English Bluebell (Scilla non-scripta, Endymion non-scripta)


Height: 12 in   Spacing: 6 in                               
Type: hardy bulb                                            
Flowers: Purple                                             

Comments: English Bluebell is somewhat shorter than         
Spanish Bluebell.  The flowers are borne in the spring.     
Grow the plant in sun or partial shade and provide ample    
moisture during the growing season.  Plant the bulbs 4      
inches deep.                                                

Propagation: Lift and divide the clumps of bulbs.
