Description of activities:                                  
MNHCA is a new state-wide organization for housing          
counselling professionals intended to meet the              
educational, professional and networking needs of housing   
counselors in Michigan.  Members include representatives    
from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority       
(MSHDA), Department of Housing and Urban Development        
(HUD), non-profit housing developers and non-profit         
counseling agencies.
