Description of activities:                                  
MCCF is a statewide network of organizations and            
individuals committed to improving the quality of life of   
Michigan's children and families. MCCF has taken an         
active lead in the areas of pubic assistance, welfare       
reform, school finance and gernal budget issues.  It is     
also involved in a variety of projects such as KIDS COUNT   
project. It holds an annual conference and meeting for      
child and family service providers. MCCF is support by      
the United Way.
