This publication addresses new economic order that have been raised in the various intergovernmental negotiating forums like imperfections in international markets, market improvements, improve competition and efficiency . The author concludes that there is a strong belief that the developing countries do rather badly from the existing market system. Some market imperfection are costly to both rich and poor countries. Changes in existing systems that would improve access to information, stimulate competition, develop countervailing powers, and change international legal conventions.
