Abstract:                                                   
These materials include a one-page outline for conducting   
Food Irradiation Consumer Workshops. Other materials        
include pre and post surveys to assess consumer knowledge   
and understanding of irradiated foods, fact sheets (Food    
Irradiation, Everyday Radiation, Ten Most Common Asked      
Questions about Food Irradiation, Gamma Sterilized          
Disposable Medical Products and Related Health Care         
Items), Food Irradiation slide show script (for a 39-       
slide program that can be ordered), and a 13-minute         
video, "Food Irradiation".
