The American Food Supply: Quality and Safety (physician video), Quality of the American Food Supply (patient video) Abstract: The patient video focuses on safe food handling and preparation, while the physician video focuses on natural carcinogens, anticarcinogens, and pesticide residues in foods. The patient video includes information on foodborne illness, cross contamination, the Danger Zone, storing and cooking food, safety of various condiments, cutting board sanitation, using a microwave oven to thaw frozen foods.
