This is the final report on the environmental health
impacts of development on Indian communities and the
roles of government agencies charged with the
responsibilities for various aspects of environmental
protection and individual worker safety. The five
sections include an explanations of the Sacred Mother
Earth, a holistic approach to the problem, an outline of
tribal concerns, an explanation of individual concerns,
and a description of the tribal decision-making process
for environmental sound decisions.
