This report documents the results of two interactive
forums designed to reach a consensus between EPA. State
and Tribal authorities about the disposal of solid waste
around Tribal lands. It includes five main parts: a
generation of issues, a prioritization of issues, a
structuring of issues, a generation of options, and a
suggested reading materials.
