ABSTRACT: Surveyed students (N=432) and faculty (N=211) at
small, public college to determine perceived prevalence of
sexual harassment. Found that (1) sexual harassment
definition agreement between students and faculty; (2) more
female students than males described themselves as
harassment victims; and (3) faculty needed harassment
education more than students. (CM)
