ABSTRACT: One of two supplements which accompany chapter 5
of "Mountain-Plains Handbook: The Design and Operation of
a Residential, Family Oriented Career Education Model" (CE
014 630), this document contains specific information
concerning the reprographic and personnel components of the
administrative services division. Several job descriptions
and sample division reports of the administrative services
management are first presented. Then the following
materials related to the reprographic component are
included: facility floor plans, word processing production
report, press run report, and sample job ticket. Finally
the following materials related to the personnel component
are included: staffing and facility plans, employee
interview forms, new employee forms, miscellaneous employee
forms, weekly staffing report, accident and insurance
forms, description of the affirmative action program,
personnel policies and procedures, and description of the
supervisor inservice program. (BM)
