ABSTRACT: This bibliography covers a period from
approximately 1963 to the present. The bibliographic
citations were drawn from the Educational Resources
Information Center's (ERIC) data base. The bibliography
does not have subject divisions but is organized in direct
alphabetical order by author's name or title. A subject
index follows the main bibliography. Some of the subject
areas covered include: academic achievement, admission
criteria, achievement tests, affirmative action, bilingual
education, compensatory education programs, curriculum
development, financial support, open enrollment, and
others.
