4-H Strategic Plan
This document has been compiled from the work of six teams formed at the 2007 Michigan 4-H Spring Conference. This document’s purpose is to provide to MSU Extension staff with 4-H responsibilities a definition of 4-H membership and what constitutes a “4-H program” within MSU Extension. It is also intended to provide staff with a common understanding, perspective and language for our work related to the overall MSU Extension priorities in the “Strengthening Michigan’s Economy” plan of work.
