6th Annual Hunger Conference was held on
June 7, 2000
Hunger is more than just food. There is an entire
food system that is in place that determines who, how and where we get the food we eat.
Learn where you and your organization fit at the dinner table. The year 2000 conference
provided three tracks of workshops aimed to meet the needs of a wide array of folks
interested in specific and broad aspects of food security. Tracks focused on 1) emergency
food, 2) community food security and 3) individual empowerment.
