| Between May 29 and June 8, 2007 a group of 29 Master Gardeners, spouses and friends took a tour of many private and public gardens in the Republic of Ireland. The group was lead by tour guide, Robyn Gulstrom with Ralph Heiden, Jackson County Extension Horticulture Educator acting as host in place of Mary McLellan. |
The tour started in Dublin where we saw Powerscourt House and Garden and seven (numbers 2 - 8 below) private gardens. We then took the bus west to Killarney and completed the circle back to Dublin with a stop in Kilkenny. The gardens we visited are listed below in the order in which we visited them: |
