Midland County does not currently hold MG classes, so our students attend the classes in Saginaw County, and Bay County and some also attend in Clare County in Mt Pleasant.

The Association has only been a chapter since 1999 and has grown from about 10 members to 45 active members. We meet from 6:30 – 9:00 pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Midland County Building – Commissioners Meeting Room (1st floor). Summer meetings (June – August) are held at members’ gardens or local garden sites of interest.

The Executive Committee meets at the MSUE office conference room on the 3rd floor from 6:30 – 8:30 pm on the 1st Tuesday of each month. Members are welcome to attend.

Diagnostics is handled by MG volunteers Len Szymanski and Marjorie Papenfuss at the MSU office (989-832-6640) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 – 5:00 pm.
