Plant No. 25

Posted October 13, 2005

I have found another mystery plant in my back yard that is actually rather ornamental.  It currently stands about 3 feet tall and had developed the variegated leaves and small white flowers at the ends of the stems.  I am attaching 2 pictures.  Thanks once again for your assistance.

This plant is Euphorbia marginata a.k.a. "Snow on the Mountain." It readily reseeds itself and is difficult to find in the metro Detroit area.....wanna share?!

Webmaster's Note: One of the problems with common names for plants is that often several plants have the same one. Aegopodium podagraria a.k.a. goutweed, bishop's weed is also called "Snow on the Mountain."
