1 - My guess would be Goodyera pubescens
or Posabley obliqua, rattlesnake orchid. should have
small white flowers in the spring.

common name: rattlesnake plantain.
3 - Appears to be giant rattlesnake orchid (Goodyera
oblongifolia)
