Certificate
Requirements
The
Junior Citizen Planner Certificate of Completion recognizes youth
who have earned a level of competency and expertise about land use
issues. Earning the JCP certificate is a great thing for youth to
list on award and scholarship applications.
Earning
the Junior Citizen Planner Certificate of Completion is optional.
It is possible to use the materials and not earn a certificate.
In
order to provide participants with the well-rounded skills to become
effective land use decision-makers and citizens, certificate requirements
include the following:
You
will need to complete the evaluation form found under the Evaluation
menu bar at the top of the page after you have completed all of
the required activities in order for certificates to be mailed.
You may want to review the evaluation form in advance so you know
what information is required of you.
You
may also want to consider completing more than the required activities
in case some participants are absent so that all may earn a certificate.
Fair
Project Ideas are also listed for 4-H youth and others. In addition,
Michigan 4-H Youth Development provides a variety of recognition
opportunities for young people and adults under Awards
and Scholarships.
