In September of 2001, the MacCready Reserve was
given as a gift to Michigan State University
from MacCready Realty on behalf of Douglas, Lynn and Willis MacCready,
brothers and co-owners of the Michigan Seat Company.
On a crisp autumn day, staff of
Michigan State University visited the property to begin planning
for ways to most effectively use the facility to benefit the
people of Jackson County and the State of Michigan. |
