A
variety of materials are available for use in training activities. Some
have been developed especially for Extension internationalization efforts
such as the Purdue
Curriculum Modules. Other documents, exercises and powerpoint presentation
have the potential for use in these settings but may or may not need to
be modified for specific purposes. Please help us expand this set of resources

"Agricultural Extension in Transition Worldwide: Structural, Financial and Managerial Reform Strategies" (1995): A paper by William M. Rivera at University of Maryland about the changing policies of Extension worldwide toward decentralization, participation and collaboration. Bill Rivera is a noted international extensionist specializing in agricultural knowledge systems. His website provides access to other publications on privatizing extension and reform measures.
"Food: The Whole World's Business": a compendium of case studies on how investments in international agriculture and food systems benefit both the United States and Developing Countries. This publication was commissioned by the Association for International Agriculture and Rural Development. Michigan State University's Agricultural Biotechnology Support Project (ABSP) serves as an outreach model for agricultural biotechnology development world-wide.
