Use this website as a vehicle
to share ideas and resources to help Extension staff and organizations develop
capacity to strengthen internationalization efforts.
"Internationalizing Extension"
is a term representing the broad efforts of Universities and Extension Services
to bring international and global content to domestic programs and to support
Extension efforts abroad. Most "Internationalization" strategies
include both sides of the continuum as participating in international activities
creates staff and organizational capacity to be more sensitive to the needs
of domestic audiences. Often domestic diversity initiatives also help staff
develop cross-cultural sensitivities that can be applied to international
