Comments: This pear is a native of Korea and becomes a
pyramidal tree or large shrub. The main ornamental traits
are the white flowers and yellow or red fall color.
Cultivars:
'Westwood' (Korean Sun TM) - A small tree, 12 feet tall
but spreading 15 feet. The fall color is red to
purple.
