Comments: Dutch Elms (Vis. 1) are hybrids between U.
carpinifolia and U. glabra. The plant is usually present in
landscapes in the form of a cultivar.

Cultivars:
'Groenveldt' - Reported as resistant to Dutch Elm
Disease.
'Urban' - Upright branching and reported to resist
Dutch Elm Disease and phloem necrosis. U x
hollandica is but one of the elms in its parentage.
