Comments: Japanese Sweetspire is a vigorous, spreading
plant that can be used on banks. The racemes of fragrant,
white flowers appear in early to mid summer. The fall
foliage color is purple to dark red.

Cultivars:
'Beppu' - White flowers in June, reddish-purple fall
foliage color.
