Comments: Wintergreen Barberry is a large, evergreen shrub
with thorny branches. The thorns and dense growth habit
combine to make this an excellent barrier plant. The
foliage turn dark red to bronze in the fall and remains so
during the winter. The yellow flowers are followed by
bluish-black fruit.

Cultivars:
'Spring Glory' - A 6-foot high cultivar forming a
mound.
