Comments: Chinese Wisteria produces drooping racemes of
violet blue flowers (Vis. 2) in late spring or early summer.
Provide a growing area in full sun for best flowering.
Flowering is also improved with regular pruning.
Cultivars:
'Alba' - White flower.
'Amethyst' - Lavender blue flowers.
'Aunt Dee' - Light purple flowers (Vis. 1) are produced
in racemes up to 12 inches long.
'Caroline' - Lavender flowers.
Lavender Lace TM - Purple flowers.
Pink Pearl TM - Pink flowers.
'Prolific' - Dark, violet-blue flowers.
Sapphire Blue TM - Blue flowers.
White Diamond TM - White flowers.
