Comments: Pekin Lilac is an upright, multi-stemmed tree or
large shrub. The flowers are fragrant, small, and creamy-
white. The peeling or flaking bark adds to the ornamental
value of the plant.
Cultivars:
'DTR 124' (Summer Charm TM) - A rapid growing cultivar,
reported to have good disease resistance.
'Morton' (Water Tower TM) - A bushy plant with yellowish-
white flowers.
