Comments: Meyer Lilac begin flowering (Vis. 2) when it is
still fairly small. The plant is usually trouble free and
needs relatively little pruning.

Cultivars:
'Palibin' - The buds are reddish-purple and open to
single, pale pink flowers (Vis. 1). The plant will be
4 to 6 feet tall.
