Reseda odorata--Mignonette

Height: 18 in Spacing: 10 in
Type: annual
Flowers: Yellow, orange, green

Comments: Mignonette flowers are not especially attractive
but are extremely fragrant. The greenish flowers can be
used in flower arrangements. The plant tends to sprawl
and grows best in well-drained soil and when exposed to
full sun or in partial shade. An alternative use is as a
potted plant. Expect poor growth and flowering during hot
weather.

Propagation: Propagation is by seed. The plant resents
transplanting so sow seed directly into the garden. Do
not cover the seeds.
