Comments: This grass will adapt to many sites, so much so
that it may become invasive if not contained. The plant
may be used as a ground cover and in wet or dry soils.
The variegated leaved cultivars and varieties are more
commonly seen in landscapes.
Propagation: Propagation is by division.
Cultivars:
'Feesey's Form' - The green and white striped foliage
is blushed with pink (Vis. 1).
var. picta - The green leaves are striped with white,
the markings fade in hot sun.
