Nerium--Oleander
Type: house plant
Comments: Oleander is a large shrub when grown outdoors in
warm climates. As a house plant it requires a sunny
growing area. Provide ample water in summer but less in
winter. Keep temperatures above 45 degrees. Blooming
occurs from March to May and pruning is done after
blooming. Remove shoots at the base of the flower
clusters to promote blooming. Oleander is extremely
poisonous.
