Comments: Leadwort is a creeping plant (Vis. 1) suitable for
use as a ground cover or rock garden plant in sun or partial
shade. The plants starts growth late and then produces
shiny green foliage. The blue flowers (Vis. 2) are produced
in late summer to fall. Provide a protective mulch in
winter in northern areas. The foliage turns bronze-red in
the fall.
Propagation: Divide in the plant in the spring.
