Comments: Japanese Sedge Grass (Vis. 1) is usually present
in landscapes in the form of its variegated cultivars. The
plant grows best in a moist soil and can be used in wet
areas.
Propagation: Propagate by division.
Cultivars:
'Evergold' (var. aureo-variegata 'Old Gold', 'Everbrite')
- Leaves creamy-yellow with green margins, best in full
to light shade (Vis. 2).
'Ice Dance' - The leaves have white borders.
