Comments: The pink flowers of this plant appear in early
spring. The flowers usually occur before the plant has
developed much foliage. Plant the bulbs 5 inches deep in
a well-drained soil where they will be exposed to full sun
or partial shade. This low-growing plant is a suitable
choice for use in rock gardens.
Propagation: Dig the plants in the fall and remove the
offsets from the larger bulbs. Replant immediately.
