Comments: The grayish-green and silver (Vis. 1) foliage
makes this a beautiful as well as adaptable plant.
Additional interest is added by the reddish frond stems.
The plant grows best in light shade and in a rich, moist
soil.
Propagation: Propagation is by division.
Cultivars:
'Branford Beauty' - A hybrid of A. felix-femina and A.
nipponicum 'Pictum'. The leaves are grayish.
