Ajuga genevensis--Geneva Bugleweed

Type: herbaceous perennial
Flowers: Blue

Comments: Geneva Bugleweed forms clumps and produces
flower spikes 2- to 6 inches long. Some varieties have
variegated foliage. Ajuga produces spikes of flowers in
the spring and grows in sun or light shade but leaf colors
are best in sun. The soil may be any type if not too dry.
The plant is suitable for use in rock gardens.

Propagation: Division can be done in fall or spring.

Cultivars:
'Pink Beauty' - Light pink flowers are borne above
lustrous green foliage.
